What is Google Cloud Platform (GCP)?
Google Cloud Platform is a range of Google’s computing, networking, storage, big data, machine learning, and management services that operate on the same Cloud infrastructure that Google uses internally for its end-user products like Google Search, Gmail, Google Images, and YouTube.

What is Cloud Computing?

Cloud computing is the on-demand distribution of computing capacity, database storage, software, and other IT resources over the internet with pay-as-you-go pricing through a cloud services platform. It is the storage, management, and retrieval of data using remote servers on the internet rather than a local server or your personal computer.

Cloud computing allows IT teams to easily adapt resources to meet fluctuating and volatile demand, enabling them to prevent or reduce up-front IT infrastructure costs and keep their applications up and running faster, with increased manageability and less maintenance.

You must include your credit card number, but you will not be charged any additional fees until your trial period has expired or your $300 credit has been used up.
